Great except when it royally Fs you

When it works properly, it is amazing and super helpful.
BUT
It still tracks buses that are out of service and re-adjusting their route. So when you look at your app and see a bus is moments away then a bus breezes by with an out of service sign, its because the app is tracking a ghost bus.
This has happened to me 3x in the past 2 weeks.
Maybe we can blame the snow, but maybe its a flaw that can be fixed.
