This is definitely one of the most useful apps on my phone! I live in Central Square and have only used it for buses that run frequently, but it has been very reliable. Just dont try to predict ETA of a bus from its location on the map... If it says 2 minutes, it probably is 2 minutes, even if the bus is shown 7 blocks and 4 stops away. Overall a very good investment!

...but for some reason this app shows "no updates available" even during peak running times! Typical MBTA crap. This really needs to be accurate more often than it is right now.

So the app is great when your bus is on time, but if its late, youll have no idea where it is. It will tell you the wrong times and once that wrong time has passed, you cant track the bus anymore. And sometimes it just wont tell you what time your bus is showing up at all. Plus the alerts button has been broken for months. Id still say this is a must have for anyone riding the buses, but it needs improvement.

Great app which gets me to the bus stop in time...

I deleted this after I kept getting repeated error messages for the one bus I use (#32 of the MBTA in Boston)

This app does not work with the newest iOS update from sep16!

This app continues to crash with a message that says "cannot connect to local host". I also just got an iPhone 7 and the app interface appears stretched on the larger screen.

The time prediction is nice. Unless you know the route you need its useless. Three stars

What happened to these two functionalities? 1) When in map view you used to be able to tap on the flag to get the ETA 2) Also in map view you used to be able to tap on another stop to get the ETA to that stop I found both of those functions to be very useful and miss them.

I love this app. Ive tried others but yours is the best. But with recent iPhone update I can no longer touch the screen in map to select a stop. Please dont stop the good work!

It used to, but now the time estimates jump around and then disappear. Going to look for a newer app.

I seldom write reviews, much less rave reviews, but... this app is terrific - I recommend to all my commuting friends. Thank you, app developer - nice job!

Simply put, this is the best, easiest to use and quickest to use app you will find for MBTA buses. It has all the routes, it always right on time and allows you to easily plan when youre going to leave somewhere. Saves you the fear of the unknown...did I just miss the bus, do I have to rush to get the bus?

For the most part, it works fine. A lot of the time though, the closest prediction time is missing. Making one miss their bus. Not cool.

I love this app! I especially love the bookmarking feature - I have all my relevant buses/routes right on the front page. Any time the app freezes while its loading (encounters an error) I just double tap the home button and start it again. Didnt give it five stars, however, because its missing the one thing that would make it perfect for me: I need to know if the next bus is the last bus! Just a small note, maybe, but essential for someone who gets out of work at 11-11:20 and has to take an outer city(?) bus. (Also, reminders would be cool too! Like maybe a ping or two when theres a bus nearby or I need to move a little faster to catch the next one or whatever.)

This app is honestly the best one I have. I ride the bus a lot, and during off hours, it was always a crap shoot. I could wait 5 minutes, or I could wait 40. It was so stressful when trying to get somewhere on time, or wondering if I had time to run and grab a cup of coffee before the bus came. Now, no more guessing. I got this app about a month ago and have used it around 15-20 times, and every single time the bus has come within one minute of when the app said it would. I find this incredible! If you are a frequent bus rider, or just an occasional one, do yourself a big favor and get this app. I do have a suggestion for improvement, though. It would be nice if the app could use your current location and tell you the closest bus stops, and which routes they serve. This would be hugely helpful if in an unfamiliar area.

The app occasionally fails to get predictions for the routes I use the most. Its great when it actually works but always seems to fail me on those days when its too damned hot outside to be standing and waiting for a bus which may not come before I get a case of heatstroke.

Way better at predicting when the bus will actually show up than google maps. Indispensable for those who dont want the hassle of finding parking in the city.
